I just got through reading your report and am very pleased with the thorough coverage of the car. In addition, your inspector was exceedingly patient with the seller, having to return to the car twice after the first look due to seller's lack of preparedness. Most appreciated was the interim contact from your team while the inspection process went on. The report enabled me to make a firm decision on the car without feeling that I was missing something I should know. I ended up passing on the car, based on the information in your report, but I feel that my money was very well spent and I'll certainly use your inspection services on the next prospect.
